We just got married at Whispering Firs B&B on Saturday, July 29th. I cant say enough how beautiful this venue space is and how easy the venue owners made the wedding process for us. Linda always made herself available to answer any questions and help with anything I needed throughout planning.
We also happened to use Whispering Firs as our catering service and couldnt have been happier with how the food turned out! We had many guests comment on how great the food tasted!!
Overall, our guests had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space. I would most definitely recommend Whispering Firs to anyone who is interested in getting married in Skagit Valley!

I got married at Whispering Firs and I dont know if I can put into words how grateful I am to have met Linda and Vic and to have secured this venue for my wedding. I had to change wedding locations two months before the big day and find somewhere that could host over one hundred guests. Linda worked with my mom and I to make room for our wedding and was so kind and reassuring every step of the way. How did we get so lucky?!
When we arrived at the venue we were greeted warmly by Vic, Linda and their sweet dog Buck. Lindas catering staff was also wonderful. They welcomed my questions while we were all setting up the reception area and helped make sure we had what we needed.
The location alone is breath-taking. Theres an incredible view, ponds with fish and frogs and lots of greenery. My guests went on and on about how beautiful the venue was, but they also loved the food! We used Whispering Firs catering as well and the food exceeded our expectations! Linda was so accommodating of our guests and their dietary restrictions, and everything was absolutely delicious! My mother-in-law has celiac and she was so impressed with the food, she made sure to thank Linda and her staff directly.
I could go on and on about how much we loved having our wedding at Whispering Firs (they let my guests camp?!, Vic cleared out spaces for them to set up tents?!? Linda made a giant urn of coffee the next morning for the campers?!?!seriously, above and beyond). My favorite thing about this venue and the owners though is it that it felt so homey, so comfortable, and so welcoming. If you are thinking about getting married here, do it! Linda and Vic are wonderful, wonderful people and good at what they do. We cant wait to be back!

Wonderful B&B. Great calm location, fantastic food and caring hostess. Don't miss this if you are in the neighbourhood and need a place to stay.
