Took my niece to have two teeth extracted per recommendations of her orthodontist. Upon the extraction of the first tooth they broke it off at the root then had to dig around to find the root, which they were unsuccessful at. Ended up having to take her to an oral surgeon to get the root tip removed and the other tooth.

After months of waiting I was finally able to get my 7-yo grandson in for an exam. that took maybe 20 mins. When they were done the receptionist gave me a paper referring my grandson to another clinic. She couldn't tell me why or if they found anything during the exam.
The receptionist called the following Friday and said they had an opening that Monday for him to have a tooth filled. I said I didn't know he had a cavity and that they told me nothing after the earlier visit. She apologized and said he had two -- one needed a filling and the other might need a crown so that's why they gave him the referral to the other location.
Same receptionist called five minutes before the appointment -- I'd already taken grandson out of school for the day, I'd left work and we were 30 mins into our drive there -- to tell me she was wrong, they couldn't fill his tooth and they were cancelling his appointment for the morning.

The receptionist was really nice but the hygienist and the dentist were the worst I've ever experienced. While numbing my mouth for fillings he dentist was in such a rush she continuously shot the muscles in the back of my mouth.The dentist was filling my cavities and proceeded to pick up a tool that she stated " needs to be cleaned ", while having the hygienist search for a cleaner tool she said " nevermind I don't have time " and used the tool in my mouth anyways. Directly after, she reprimanded the hygenist in front of me for not cleaning tools properly. A disgrace to the dental community.
