If i could give a 0 review i would. My employee was injured in an accident with one of pekins' insured after over 10 attempts to get someone to call me back so my driver can get medical care with no return call, my next move is to call the insurance commission. No one will return my call even after several voice mails . the only information i received from their office is a claim number. doesnt do any good when i cant turn in a claim. I worked for State Farm for many years and not only is this unethical its just pure laziness. they should shut this business down.

My roof has been leaking into my house for 7 months and Pekin is fighting tooth and nail to not help us. We have 3 roofers stating damage they should cover and now they stopped responding!!!!

They offer tiny settlements when their insured slams into you and is at fault. Even with traffic tickets issued to their insured.
