Stop going after several years. Both my kids were sick several times between Dec and Jan. I called repeatedly and either no on picked up or he was out of the office. Went to med express instead then changed doctors. Also I drove an hour away just to have him as a doctor. When we were seen he was very pleasant and covered all of our needs. Other staff was very nice and great to interact with.

Dr. Lim is the best doctor I have ever encountered. He was my pediatrician from birth until I got too old and I honestly wish he could see adults. He knows his profession extremely well and I have not received that level of excellent care since. He actually cared about me and my health. He never made me feel bad in any way and I was so grateful for that!
Most importantly, I think Dr. Lim really is the best because of his ability to accurately diagnose an ailment.
There were times that a particular staff member appeared rude but once I was in the room with Dr. Lim his smile and greeting just made me happy to see him and helped me forget about it. Also, a staff member wasn't going to stop me from seeing the best doctor around that treats me good too. My health has deteriorated significantly since not being able to be his patient anymore.

The secretary is not nice about a bill that need payed im trying to get paid through the insurance she is giving me attitude about it
