My family worked with Royce for years so I kept our policy with this office even though I dont live locally. Recently, an office error on their part was quite expensive for me. I attempted to communicate and after delays, excuses, and different answers from everyone involved in this, ultimately no recourse. Im disappointed that this situation was not handled well.
I dont feel good about working with this office any longer because the attention to detail is not there. I wholeheartedly believe it was once an outstanding group, but not at this time.

James is the best! He's been my agent for years and i couldn't be happier! They treat us like family. They have been there when i needed them and are very fast to respond.
