Westonka Appiance Repair is the place to go and highly recommend. Tim as knowledgeable, on the ball, prompt, curteous, and was in and out fast. Youy should totally have this man come and work on your applinaces. He rocks!
my personal situation was a washer kicking out a breaker. Tim easily managed the repair and I was back and running very quickly.
Dont miss the chance to work with Tim. Kinda like going to the mufler shop, nobody budgets for appliance repair, so it was super great to have Tim review the situation and make intelligent suggestions. In my case I saved a ton of cash.

I called and wanted to set up an appointment to repair my wall oven. He said he doesn't do this type of repair anymore, but he spent 10 minutes talking me through different options. He was wonderful! I will definitely be calling next time I have an appliances issue! I trust him and would recommend him. He said that he works on stove/oven units, washer & dryer, dishwashers.

Jim Swensen made searching the internet for reliable appliance repair worth it! He personally answered the phone, listened to my description of the problem, and gave his best "blind" diagnoses of the problem along. He asked if I wanted to pursue his service or not, providing me with a ballpark estimate. He arrived within the window of time he gave me.
He introduced himself on his arrival, and proceeded to inspect our dryer. Throughout the entire process he was kind and straightforward. Having found the problem, he informed me of what course of action he was planning on taking to repair the unit. His repair was a success and the cost was within the range he quoted.

I had a great experience with Tim. I called him about a repair for my washer. I had Werner Stellian repair it in early June, gave them a call and they said their repair warranty only lasted 3 months. I missed it by 3 weeks. They were of absolutely no help.
I got Westonka Appliance Repair's number from my sister-in-law who had used them before. He was willing to come out in 2 days time, not the 3 weeks WS would do. He told me to try something and it worked like a charm. He didn't even need to come to my home to fix it! He just has a lot of knowledge that the big box store repair people don't. Great guy to work with!

Tim Swensen arrived right on time. He showed me what he was doing to repair the dryer. He had the repair parts with him and tested the dryer thoroughly when he finished. The repair was done fast. Plus, I like supporting small, local businesses. Highly recommended!
