The neighbor in the condo next to our building is mentally unstable. Erratic behavior goes an all until the early morning hours. Poor girl, we tried to relay her current state to management. The mental health officials need to be called. Throwing ignited items off a 6th floor balcony is irresponsible and negligent to all involved parties.

Great roads and perfect for skating. The hills are great to bomb for beginners and above, and gave me a great thrill tonight!
