I have had the opportunity of visiting and overseeing operations of the community since June of 2022. All I can say is no matter what challenges this team faces they never forget how important their residents are. They are a true team that cares! Thank you for all you do!

We had our first Bingo game and what a blast. The management are The Best. The resident events they're always looking for new ways to have fun. Thank you Tenay Nicole and Megan and Moe.

I've lived here for more than 5 years and it's been great up until recently. The maintenance team is either non-existent or extremely subpar. There is one gentleman in particular who will make you wait all day for him to show up, then he knocks on the door a little after 5pm, stays for 3 minutes, tells you he doesn't have the parts for whatever needs fixing, and then leaves the residence without actually fixing anything or following up the next day. So basically nothing ever gets fixed. I've asked management if they will pay for outside contractors who will actually put in the effort to fix what's broken, but I never got a response on that. At the present time I wouldn't recommend this place at all, at least until management gets it's act together and hires an actual maintenance team instead of some guy just hanging around outside of Home Depot.
