Avoid them at all cost. They are so bad. Their billing department is a bunch of nasty people. My son had surgery at Morristown hospital and they quickly picked up the job just fine and then later refused insurance. I don't understand why the hospital was in-network and they were not. If they knew they don't accept my insurance, why pick up the job. Let someone who does do it. They refused to work with me to lower their $250/ month only payment plan. I wish they had told me that before the went ahead and picked up the job. I would have told them no thanks. They are now taking me to court for the full amount of $1400 because they have refused a $100 a month. What idiots

Like most other experiences, mine is terrible. Because they chose not to accept my insurance, I received a very large bill. Having been in healthcare my entire career, even as much as managing anesthesia practices, I know how all this works. When I offered to pay them what insurance would have covered, they refused. When I mentioned I am retired with no income, they wanted a ridiculous amount of financial information and would only consider a discount. After having paid MORE than what insurance would have, they are now suing my-in court for the remaining 15%. REALLY. Your $500k+ salary is not enough. Disgusting.

Just like all of the other reviews on this site, here is another 1 star review for this group. I received a bill back in October 22 for a Colonoscopy on my wife. This is a 100% covered preventative procedure. When my insurance and I tried contacting them, we both recieved a voice mail message whereby we both left a message regarding this. Well, apparently they sent a new claim, but again the coding was identical so therefore, nothing was resolved. Now it is 1/27/2023 and again I get a voice message during normal business hours. Again my insurance and I left a message to resolve this claim. If they proceed to send this to collections, they will be hearing from someone other than myself or my insurance. They should be reported to BBB. Just awful.

terrible terrible terrible billing department! my insurance paid out a nice hefty chunk to this group. The remaining balance I was not allowed to set up with a payment plan. I requested to pay $50 a month which was what I could afford. They would not accept and said $200 minimum a month. I explained this was all I could afford at the moment, I even submitted a hardship letter and my tax returns. The gentleman "Eddy" in the billing department could care less and was very dismissive.

This Chung MD Daniel doctor and the billing dept are very painful. This guys sent me a bill that I owe money but my insurance provider already paid but this guys are telling, I still owe the money. They are just harassing me with this. And, sending debt collection agency letters. Don't trust this doctor and this company. Morristown hospital doing big blunder. I don't know why this hospital still using after having these many bad google reviews
