This is a No star review. I have purchased several appliances from McGinnis over the years, and also paid them to move and set up appliances when I had to move.
I recently purchased a home that came with a refrigerator that had been purchased from McGinnis. When the freezer door lost it's seal and started letting in warm air, I naturally called McGinnis Appliance. They ordered a new seal for my freezer door, but I can't get them to come and install it. They said they were too busy with other customers.
Connie finally called me once near closing time and said they could come right now. This never works for me (and they know that), so when I said I needed more notice she said she would call again some other time. She was noticably annoyed with me. It's been weeks since then and I haven't heard a word from them. So much for buying local.
