Couldn't order a 5 dollar part for a year old mower. Lady said they can't order any Hustler parts because their account was on hold... what good are you for service then?
Go anywhere else. Russo equipment is awesome and has the part same day

We are sorry about your recent experience at our location. However, this facility is recently under new ownership and some of the vendors still have not finalized our accounts for placing orders. The associate explained to you that the part could be ordered but their was a possibility we would not receive the part the next day.

Took a tire from my snowblower in for repairs so I've only dealt with the service department. Prices seem reasonable and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable.
