My son has to went this place for years for adhd used to be a great place for the last year the new dr they have doesnt care if her patients have their meds or not no one ever returns phone calls and you can never speak with anyone

If I could give Valley negative stars I would. Very uncoordinated, hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone, frequently messing up dates and times, and very uncooperative. By far the worst part throughout my entire dui process

Look elsewhere before calling valley for healthcare or services. Severe understaffing leads to poor patient services. medical oversight is questionable. The only Psychiatrist has not been in office for over 2 years. Make Valley your last resort.

I'm assuming if you are looking here, you value your mental health. Since you do, I beg of anyone do not ever, ever go near this place. You will leave with your mental health far worse than it was before. Given the choice between this place and no treatment at all, please, please, please just go with no treatment. My experience is that bad. John King is a highly unstable human being that does not seem okay mentally. Please take this warning seriously. This place should not be allowed to operate.
