      image I used/am using this business for a storage unit and u-haul rental and both services were simple and issue-free. Units are clean also. On top of that, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I hope they dont take for granted how wonderful they are! Great workers seem hard to come by these days and friendliness goes a long way.

      image They tell you one price when u rent the Uhaul and And they guaranteeYour security deposit backBut they do not give your security deposit back even if ur paid in full and owe a $0 dollar balance. Worst place ever to rent uhauls

      Melissa, I can understand your frustration but the U-Haul rental process starts with you providing some details regarding your proposed trip. You estimated 20 miles and ended up going over 200. Unlike rental cars, U-Haul rentals are based on mileage. Since you changed the number of miles driven, it changed the final price for which you were charged. This has nothing to do with our store or our policies. Please refer to your signed contract if further details regarding U-Haul pricing policies are desired.
