bad experience. the new owner is greedy and increase the rent every year, previously it was $700, then $900 and now it almost $1100

Honestly the best place in Morgantown I feel to rent. Price is reasonable, quality apartments/townhomes, and a great location (next to the hospitals and football stadium). Brandy is a very nice property manager and cares for the tenants and property.

I've lived at this complex for a combined total of five years. The renovations have been awesome and Brandy has to be the best property manager I've ever had. I'm going to miss living here.

We lived there for 7 years at a 2 bedroom apartment and it was a good time. Brandy is prompt on emergencies and and immediately responds. John was a great help when it comes to repairs . Our guests also loved the place. It truly was our home. Thank you Chestnut Hill. HIghly reccomend for living .
