My wife and I bought a truck from them back in 2020. I, at first, thought we got a great deal. Just to later find out that the frame was undercoated to mask how BAD the frame was shortly after purchasing the truck. This truck has been sitting for over a year now because the frame is completely gone, and just straight junk. Im still stuck with the current vehicle because we still owe on the truck, but I want to warn others of the potential lemons that these guys are selling to the public. Its a shame how shady business can be, dont be like me, be sure to check everything when dealing with Creekside. Best wishes to all!

James, sorry to hear that you’re having rust issues with the truck. This “review” is the first time I’m hearing of this. Although it’s been 3.5 years since you bought the truck I do remember you, Stephanie and the truck. It was, at the time, a 13 year old truck with 112k miles on it and I remember it being a very nice truck for the age. If you had issues with the frame “shortly” after you bought it I wish you would have contacted me so I could have tried to help. We did not try to mask or cover anything up, and the truck and frame was inspected by the auction when I bought it and by third party garage after. Rust is the biggest issue with older trucks especially in the salt belt states like WV, so with a 16 year old truck I am not completely shocked, but still disappointed. GM only warranties brand new truck frames for 6yrs 100k miles. Again, I am sorry you’re having issues and wish I had known sooner so I could have tried to help. Best wishes!

We stopped today to look at a Chevy pick up we were really interested in. No one bothered to come out and talk to us. After a while I walked over to the trailer and seen the faded note that the office moved to the main building. I found the sign that said entrance and when I went in I got bit by their dog. The salesman was not the least concerned with the exception of telling me to move to a certain spot so the dog would stop carrying on. Spending nearly 15 years in the medical field I knew to make sure the bite bled so any bacteria didn't set in until I could get something to clean the bite with. No it wasn't a bad bite but instead of removing the dog to another area, making sure everything was really okay, or even acting like he was the least bit interested in selling us that truck ... he accused me of making the bite bleed more then bothered to offer a tissue.
