I had a prescription sent to them at noon and they waited until doctor closed to call and say they need my primary doctor needs to ok it now I have to suffer all weekend and Monday before doctor back on Tuesday to get it

The very basics of customer service are totally foreign concepts in this place. If you walk in and the store is empty, they won't even acknowledge your presence until they are good and ready to. Insulting. I've learned the hard way that getting my meds when I need them requires me to call in at least 6 days ahead of time and to call them prior to making the 39 mile round trip to pick them up. The way they run their business is a choice. They have chosen to treat people the way they do. The only thing that would improve their service is some competition. How do we get

Time management and scheduling is an issue. Scheduled online for flu vaccines, waited at least 30mins after that time before received them. Scheduled online for another vaccine, and still had to wait an hour. Online scheduling is pointless. When someone with a time after yours is seen well before others that had been waiting longer, it sends a message that the pharmacy is not reliable and you are not a valued customer. Will never schedule vaccines here again.

Called for my prescription said it would be about 20 minutes. So I go there an hour later and it’s not ready. I’m a little irritated come on already they need to get there stuff together.
