My partner moved into an apartment here at Carriage House last Autumn. Caleb, the Property Manager, was (and is) most pleasant and informative. When my partner moved in, the apartment was immaculately clean for his arrival. It is a very peaceful and pleasant environment. Other residents we have met are very friendly and my partner enjoys living there.

Our 4 months at the Carriage was awesome. We met so many great
People. Our special thanks to Caleb for all he does to make each person Feel special. He is a very important asset to the Senior Living apartments. Betty was also a great help if anything needed fixing she was there to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank u so much Caleb for all your generosity. Daryl & Jackie Larson

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY. IF YOU CAN AT ALL AVOID IT OR DO YOU HOMEWORK REALLY WELL AND ASK A LOT OF QUESTION AND HAVE IT ALL IN WRITING AND SIGNED. HUGELY BAD MANAGEMENT. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AT ALL COST. WILL MAKE UP STUFF EVEN TO WITHHOLD YOUR DEPOSIT UPON MOVING OUT. THE MANAGER TELLS YOU ONE THING AND WHEN YOU WANT TO MOVE OUT IT'S ALL TOGETHER DIFFERENT. THE APARTMENT STRUCTURE IS NOT THE GREATEST,FLOORS SQUEAK WHEN YOU WALK ACROSS THEM THAT YOUR NEIGHBORS BELOW YOU HEAR EVERY STEP YOU MAKE ABOVE THEM. GETTING ANY MAINTENANCE WORK DONE IS A JOKE. SUPPOSEDLY A SECURED BUILDING BUT THEY HAVE OTHER'S IN OUT OF THERE THAT ARE APPLYING FOR SECTION 8 HOUSING FOR OTHER APARTMENTS THEY HAVE THAT ARE SECTION 8. THIS IS NOT A SECTION 8 APARTMENTS BUT THEY RUN IT OUT OF HERE. THERE IS A WHITE FILM THAT GETS ALL OVER YOUR FURNITURE BUT NO EXPLANATION WHERE IT COMES FROM AND MAKES YOU SICK.
