Had the typical Samsung ice maker issue they have law suit about. They ordered a costly repair kit for it with no troubleshooting. Said it usually fixes it. While they were there, had them get info for two kegerators that stopped cooling. Never heard back from them. Called business and they were going to get back with me. Never did. Also never got an invoice for the service. The service technicians were considerate but glad I found someone else to repair my kegerator issues. They responded.
