The check-in process took 45 minutes at 10pm on a Thursday night.
The air conditioning could not keep the room at our desired temperature.
The curtains did not cover the full glass doors and we had to use a hanger to hold them over so people in the parking lot could not see straight in.
The glass door did not properly lock; it just had a wooden stick in it.
The fridge did not work.
The vent in the bathroom is tied to the light so has to come on and it is loud and obnoxious.
There are ants, moths and spiders in the room.
Finally, there was NO HOT WATER
Out of the kindness of there heart, they offered us another night stay THERE (1,200 MILES AWAY). NO THANKS!!
I seriously can't believe Ramada and Wyndham allow their name to be put on this hotel.
WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!

Great authentic Indian food....had no idea we had such a great Indian food restaurant in monument.... incredible food....got to try it..it's fabulous.....

This place is a dump. Plain and simple, it's a roof and a bed. If you can afford a nicer place you shouldn't stay here. Also, we arrived early and we're tired from traveling on a motorcycle so we requested an early check-in.... Cost us $20 extra for a room that was already clean and ready to go. I will say the gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful though.The AC didn't come close to cooling the room and there isn't a screen on the glass sliding door. I won't stay here again. This place needs lots of work. Just flat ghetto.
