Worst customer service ever, been using them for 3 years only because the company I work for had an account with them.
I didn't even want to give them 1 star.
From management down to tellers, not 1 good experience with anyone at this location.
You'll be in the drive-thru line, send a deposit up the tube and no one acknowledges you for 10-plus minutes until you hit the call button then someone will come in and say they're busy!
Instead of saying it from the beginning.
Always making mistakes with our deposits and deposits missing, then they'll find it in the nighttime drop box sick up somewhere.

My business account has been scam on 11/05/2021 and happened again at 11/30/2021 I called bank and talked to bank baker they are agreed this are unauthorized check but took they almost 2 month still havent returned my funds
