The firm was recommended to me as one of the best firms in Montgomery. I used them to do my business taxes and was pleased up until this year 2020 when I took my info on a flash drive to them along with papers that was needed to do the taxes and financials only to be told weeks later that they could not find the flash drive with all my company’s info and my personal info on it. So I made another and took it to them still in plenty of time to do what needed to be done. I called and spoke to Susan and left messages for Lynn Bozeman who was my accountant to call me and days and no call and I left messages for Debbie Beasley who is the bookkeeper and no calls then today I Call because we have to have documents filed with the state and was told by Jordan what info she needed which was on the first flash drive that they lost and was also on the second one I took myself and they downloaded to their system with all they needed. When I ask about it then Lynn Bozeman came on the phone but yet she’s never available and said did I want to pick up my stuff or them mail it to me . I find this very unprofessional when you Lynn Bozeman and your firm that lost a clients personal information and filed for extension on my taxes because you couldn’t find it and made up excuses. Well I would hope you don’t ever do another client that way ever again. I would not recommend this firm to anyone period.
