Our Audi broke down on our Thanksgiving travel trip. Jay was kind enough to take our car in and ran a diagnostic on when the Montgomery Audi dealer was too busy. Jay gave us an honest and quick response. He let our car stay at his lot for a week while we made arrangements to get it back home. It needed an engine rebuild and he advised it would be best for us to get our car home (150 miles south) and have it done locally. Above and beyond helpful.
