Very helpful! I needed to make copies, and they JUST got a new xerox machine. One of the managers was there doing something and he was very nice and helped us figure out how to use the machine (it takes only cash, not cards). The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful too. I recommend going to this library...or any Montgomery library.

Very unpleasant place to go to. The staff, with few exceptions, is very rude, nasty, harassing and disrespectful. The nice people leave and the bad apples remain. This library must be the dumping ground for people other branches don't want. I reminded the major pain if working for the public library is a problem, he needs to find another job. This employee claims he has another job. But he works at this library from open to close. Don't visit this branch unless it is is an absolute necessity.

I experienced great customer service all around at this library on Bell Rd. The guy Devin made my day with a very warm smile. I can tell he really enjoys working with people. He's very pleasant, kind and patient. I had to visit the library because my computer froze at home and I needed some very important papers printed out. So, there I was off to the library, in the rain...ugh. But when I tell you , I'm glad I can by that day and met Devin. He made everything alright. He's definitely an ASSET... Kudos to Devin

Great place to use the internet and check out books with only drivers license. I like to have them for my printers on the go - a lot cheaper than fedex office.
