Arrived for a chicken delivery on next morning at 8 am. Parked and sleep Overnight at the street in front of their receiving facility on Tine Avenue. Almost 10 of trucks can easily park there. Checked in 6 am. They called me on the phone at 6:54. Got the door right away, unloaded at 7:39 am. Paperwork at 7:45 am. THEY NEVER CHARGED ME ANY LUMPER FEE. Fantastic !!!!

On Tine Ave. pull up to end of road, past area says Petrey trucks only, park on left side, guard shack on right (small yellow bldg). You can park overnight & check in in the am. Night guard was very nice & helpful.

After reading the reviews. I called the broker and informed him about the cash only lumper and told him that is he able to prepay for it. He told me to get $200 in cash just in case. Checked in got in a door right away found out lumper was prepaid. Fast unloading have a nice day.
