      image We picked floor and shower tile here for our new build. The associate Grace was super helpful! We chose tile sheets for our shower and were directed to a progressional locally who installed them. The whole process was seamless, and we love how everything turned out.

      image Beware, that if you return tiles ( the ones that are returnable ), you will pay 25% restocking fee. Excessive to say the least.
      Plus we were not verbally advised although its in the small print on the receipt.

      image Really disappointed in the customer service. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the outside salesperson to return my calls. I cant get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. I called and asked to speak to Ronnie she sent me to voicemail. Unconcerned about my compliant. Guess they do t need to sell product.
