Ive been here for 3 years/ rent never late and I never complain but Ive been complaining about my stove and fridge and all they do is repair it and it goes right back out. When you put in a work order it takes months for someone to actually come out and when they do, they half do their job.. last night my stove almost literally blew up while cooking bc they hire unqualified people to patch up stuff that needs replacing. The old staff was wayyyy better the new manager thats on site is terrible and doesnt really care about her tenants
Update: they did end up bringing a new stove.

Would not recommend it to a friend
When we initially signed our lease we were supposed to get a townhouse with washer and dryer connections. They told us that they had a unit ready for us and then on the day, they said it was infested with bees so we had to get a 2 bedroom flat without the washer and dryer connections. They said after 6 months, they could transfer us for free to the townhouse. Now we're coming up on 6 months and we're on our third property manager. The verbal agreement won't be honored since the past 2 property managers are not with the company. The first two property Manager had stated we would be able to transfer for free since it was their fault for a unit not being available. The second property manager even stated, that there were units available at the time of signing the lease but they did not have them ready for move-in. The third property manager seems to be okay with transferring for free after 6 months, but now they say I will have to pay $500 to transfer now or wait until the end of my lease to resign with a transfer. The apartment consistently has roaches appearing through the cracks(from the first day) and then the A/C and central heat barely work (half the apartment gets air). Also, they shut off the water at awkward times for the whole complex if one unit has leaks. Also, they didn't repair stuff the right way, everything looked worn out. The bathtub gets a fresh coat of paint instead of cleaning it, our paint was chipping. But the counters in the kitchen and bathroom get painted and look bad.
