If employed with Securitas do ensure that you keep documentation of the rate of pay granted to you per site. If a supervisor tells you "they will pay you a certain amount for a site location" have them CONFIRM your rate of pay via TEXT MESSAGE or EMAIL. Also be sure to login to your payroll site EVERY PAY PERIOD and calculate your hours to your rate of pay. I personally experience that with EVERY CHECK from the company thwy would sort me $1 per hour. When i addressed the issue i was informed "the moneys missing was PETTY CASH and would be on my next check" however my additional checks continued to be off. 😐 They are very unprofessional when it comes to communicationon rectifing the issue with payroll. Your supervisor may inform you she is not over payroll and advise you to speak to the Hr person who will also tell you "she doesn't know/have control of payroll" 🤣🤣 But hey, if you need hours they'll give them to you. Up until you notice your not being paid what you should be and acknowledged it, then you'll more then likely start being placed at site that are an inconvenience get to or they simply wont give you hours. 😳 So if you dont mind being shorted on your checks this would be a GREAT COMPANY to work for ! 🤣🤣
