If i could i would rate a Zero i tried opening a savings account and credit card made me wait like a fool just for the manager and workers to be acting busy no wonder they have a 2.9 rate star anyways , POOR costumer service

Usually very slow service. Almost two months ago it was a long line. A teller took my business money to the back for counting. Almost more than 15 min later came back and told me I am short $ 100 each of two $1,000 bundle. Just then I talked to the manager too. But he was not helpful instead blaming me. So just lost $200 and walk away. Never been than brunch. Bad service.

I just open a new business account 2 weeks ago. I need a check today. I went to this brunch.I asked but the teller said no printer were working in front of other stuff. I saw bankers were working, people were in appointment line. I just need to know they do this willingly or not. Please investigate. I have too many accounts here. Please let me know. It shocked me.
