I had a reposession paid for my car n over 600$ in storage and towing when it was time to contact the tow place it was over 5 hrs I spoke to no one. When I finally got someone on the line there telling me it will be 4 days before I can get my vehicle

Listen these people are a SCAM! When I got my car in Montgomery Al Benny told me I'd be through paying for the car in 3 years. That was a lie! Looking back on my lease there aren't any dates on it other than the date I purchased the car so I have no clue when I'll be through. I'm still making payments and every time I ask what's my balance I'm given a different balance! They give you the run around for oil changes and repairs. They charge you to make payments BUT they dont take payments at the local office, they are very unprofessional and rude! I went here because I was down bad for a car, BUT I will never go back and I will never refer anyone to them based off my experiences! Getting out of this lease is worse than a Death Row Contract! These people are crooks! SO MR FRENCH WROTE ON MY POST BUT DIDNT RESPOND TO MY EMAIL

First I would like to say the sales reps and managers at this location are great and have great customer service! Very friendly and helpful however, the cars here are not worth spending your money on. I had two cars in less than a month from them. The first car had a transmission issue and had to be swapped for another one. As soon as I got on the interstate to travel home the car started shaking bad. The call center that handles the service issues are very unprofessional! No one answers nor return your calls. It took 3 weeks for them to tell me I had transmission issues. This is the worse experience Ive ever had and I truly hate I got myself into this contract with them. This is a horrible way to start business with them and it hasnt even be 30 days since Ive either vehicle.
