Oven-Baked Dishes and Subs are never baked ‘til you order them!       image The worst customer service. I placed a mobile order and so far its been 22 minutes Ive sat in my car waiting. I shouldve canceled I guess. Isnt their food prepared in advance? It should not take 20 minutes!? Theres no customers here either, I guess I see why update. I went inside after 35 minutes and the girl at the counter was on her phone. Said can I help you? I said ya Im waiting on a mobile order. She said okay. Then a few min passed and I asked if it was ready because they handed some food thru the drive thru. She said name? I told her. She said oh its ready so yall didnt bring it to my car like you said? Nice spent my whole lunch outside waiting on food that was ready. Deleting app. Never again.
      ***the girl at the drive thru window told me to pull around front. Sooooo its your staff, not me. Im not stupid

      Brittany, we are sorry for the poor experience on your recent visit. I am not sure if there was any confusion while using the app, but our store only has the option of pickup or drive thru on there. We do not have a curbside pick up area at our store.We will share our comments with the staff to be more alert on helping our guests.
