image Extremely impressed with the customer service & care my husband tim & I received from John kowalsky. John was extremely patient and helpful throughout the stressful car buying process. I was not in the mood to buy a car. I did not want to deal with it. I was in a hurry because I had been without a car for a couple weeks . John was kind enough to come pick me up. He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. He let me take my time, inspecting every inch of every car. He never acted annoyed or like I was wasting his time. He wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. He made everything as easy as possible. I recommend him 100%! Its been around a month and I love my Mercedes !

image Shopping for and buying a car from Jack Ingram Signature Used Cars was the best used car experience my husband and I have ever had. Eric Dyar and his sales manager worked with us to price match so that we could purchase locally, didn't try to sell us add-ons or charge extra 'reconditioning' fees and did everything they could to ensure the little car for our daughter was exactly what we wanted. They went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. When their title system went down, Eric sent us home with the car, then came to our house later with the paperwork so we wouldn't have to make another trip into Montgomery. We could not have had an easier or more pleasant shopping experience! Eric Dyar and Jack Ingram will be the first we check with for our next used car.

image Updated: 1 out of 5 Stars. When I purchased the car, I bought 7K+ the service add-ons. A couple months later I decided I no longer wanted the add-ons (not an uncommon problem). I reached out to the dealer and signed cancellations forms for a ~7K refund. It's going on 3 months now and the dealer still hasn't refunded the 7K. I've sent many emails (which have been ignored) and call the phone numbers (which they never answer).
