I had a long wait getting my service, but it was a major service. This service unit has always been my place to go and so far the Name change so far has not changed my mind. The service department is still my favorite in town

My husband and I bought a 3500 denali truck and a Cadillac Escalade sport from this dealership at the end of last summer. We both love our vehicles so much.
I would like to say that since that purchase they have gone above and beyond. They have consistently treated us with the kindness and care you'd hope for.
The General Manager Esteban Ramirez is the type of leader every dealership needs. We would highly recommend his dealership, his team, and his professionalism to anyone.

My husband and I purchased a GMC 3500 Denali and a Cadillac Escalade from this dealership at the end of last summer, and we are absolutely loving our vehicles.
Since making our purchases, this dealership, its manager, service department and sales team has gone above and beyond. Truly phenomenal. They have consistently provided us with the kindness and care you'd hope for from a dealership.

Poor Customers service, Kept my cadillac from January 16th to Feb 21 2024 for a part change (Struts and Bearings) . Lied about ordering the part on Jan 22, Chris does not return calls and when he does its not the truth. His boss Justin Worthington did stated that it could have went better but thats a lie. I still had to pay $2100 for my car just sitting in their parking lot they should have been at a lost for the labor but that didnt happen. Patrick the parts manager did order the part over night after I called and asked could it be done and that was in Feb 14th after another dealership told me they should have done it from the Jump. They wouldnt let me speak with the General Manager Riveria I called and left messages they just kept giving me Justin. Please take your car some where else or stay on them because they are not professional at all and Anna Grace the Service Representative lied about sending me an email I guess so i couldnt state my problem Never got the email. I also told Justin about it he claim he was gone send email never got it either. Justin claimed it was probably a computer glitch. I had a lot to say bout this Dealership but i ran out of space and was over my limit so i had to shorten my complaint. After I picked my car up on the 21st had to take it back because the check engine light came on due to a PVC line left open... BEWARE of Mullinax Cadillac Service department .
