      image Never Disappoints!
      Today I stopped by LensCrafters in Del Monte shopping center to have my eyeglass frames tightened. My glasses kept falling off my face onto the ground when I was gardening or on the floor when I was picking something up. So annoying! Well, the technician at LensCrafters fixed my frames perfectly--warmed up the stems of the frames to bend carefully and removed the jerry-rigged copper wire I had stuck into the hole where a screw had been. No charge either!! What customer service! Thank you, LensCrafters--you made my day!
