We were moving from Detroit to the NYC area, and I found Betsy almost randomly -- she had listed a house online that we liked.I called her -- she answered personally -- and after telling her about ourselves and what we were looking to do, she was not hesitant to tell us that the house we were looking for probably wouldn't be for us (she was absolutely right). We flew in to town twice to meet with her to look for houses -- she was tireless in helping to find a home for us. Just when we thought we had missed the market and were close to throwing in the towel, she went 'off-board' and made suggestions for houses we weren't initially thinking about. We found our PERFECT home - a house that she helped negotiate for us. You read reviews about places and people all the time and you see 5-star ratings and dismiss them easily. Do NOT overlook how amazingly good Betsy is at her profession.Not only is she knowledgeable, native and committed, but he's hilarious to boot -- which made the hours of sometimes boring searches very fun.We are in Montclair because of Betsy, and I am forever in her debt for that. You won't go wrong hiring her.
