I had to rent trucks twice within a week, and everything went very well with both the vehicles and the staff. Chris was incredibly helpful with the whole process - he was thorough, clear with all instructions, took time to answer all of our questions, and made the entire experience seamless. My team and I truly appreciate it!

It was extremely frustrating to arrive for pick up and find out that because a representative was unable to reach me via phone calls to "confirm" my reservation. Management made the decision to rent my reserved van to someone else! Unsure as to why if I received an email confirmation for the vehicle, did I have to verbally confirm?! Never before have I had this issue! Can someone show me where in the rental reservation agreement it states such thing?

The team here helped me so much. I had to drop off my car at a shop and they drove to come pick me up. They showed compassion and amazing customer service. This location will be my go-to shop for my rentals!

The attention was very good at the Monclair office. The car I rented was clean and ready to drive. The entire process was quick and very professional.
