I hope I can give zero stars as their answering service and office manager Dorthy are highly unprofessional, rude and have NO knowledge of this business. They should also think about updating. The web listing as they say they are open, when not.

This was my first year filing with Ross and Associates and I was blown away by how skilled and kind everyone was. As a freelance worker my taxes can get complicated and Mr. Ross was incredibly knowledgeable in handling my taxes and getting me a great refund. There was a lot of tax information I was unaware of that he informed and guided me through all while being personable and great to be around. I look forward to coming back and highly suggest their services to anyone out there.
