I had a very good experience with owner Luis today when I had an emergency and had my car towed to his shop. He is very professional and explains everything on how my car was checked to get a proper diagnosis. I truly appreciated that information.

We have had several services done here and when we needed to bring one of our vehicles over right away Luis was more than kind. Came here after a horrible experience at another auto shop and Luis completely inspired a change of heart. I went from salty to sweet real quick! I briefly explained all the things the former auto shop claimed to be wrong with my car, Luis relieved my anxiety when he basically offered to inspect my car for free and told me everything was fine. I mean who does that?! He also informed me of what I should watch for soon (my break pads in a few months). His honesty, kindness and authenticity blew me away. It's so hard to trust people these days and Luis served as a beautiful reminder that good people do exist.
