Bought cookies from their website two years ago. Never received the cookies and left multiple messages with no response. Emailed and called several times. They sure took my money though! Scammers!

Bought from South Pasadena Farmer's Market. The rice crispy treat and banana bread were terrible. How can you mess up rice crispy treats? I didn't think it was possible until I tried Planet Cookies'. The banana bread was extremely sweet, dry and didn't taste like bananas. We threw both away after taking a bite each. Unfortunately, we were home when we tried it, so we couldn't ask for our money back.

I usually love going to the Huntington Beach Street Fair to stop by Planet Cookie( 2 for $5 deal) However I went last night and got $20 worth of treats and they were all terrible. The cookies had no flavor not to mention there were sticks in the middle of them( see picture).Pretty disappointing and reading other people reviews now I'm not surprised...

Bought two cookies at the OC Fair and man...they were not good. At all. We were talked out of our original choices and talked into lemon snickerdoodle and regular snickderdoodle because they were apparently their "best" and they're pretty much indelible. I'll probably throw them away and I hate throwing away food. Just really not good, especially from a company with "cookie" in their name.I make better cookies off recipes I find on the back of my oatmeal container lmao.
