      image I rented a U-haul trailer at another location and there was a problem that Michael very kindly fixed. He did not want me to drive the trailer the way it was for fear of my safety! I felt very cared for as someone new to towing.

      image Mike the manager was incredibly rude and had no idea how long a trailer hitch takes to be installed. He told me 2 hours and it took 5.5 hours. Don the technician was awesome though. I would not recommend this store as the manager is not a professional at all.
