Great service. Great installation. Was kept in the loop by text from purchase to delivery. Delivery was prompt. On time. Installers were careful and attentive and very friendly. Recommend (Dons/Ross) Ross and Ed, and Victor for the installation.

Ross was wonderful!! Very helpful, answered all of our question's regarding the appliance we were purchasing as well as questions regarding future purchases. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Anxious to get through the delivery and install. If this part of our purchase goes as well as the purchase..Ross has a lifetime customer.

Dons Appliances was given 5 stars because the whole process was efficient.
I went to the store, picked out a washing machine and paid for it.
The salesman said they would deliver it the next day.
That night I received a texted on an approximate delivery window.
The next day, I was provided with the information on how to track the delivery driver.
This information was spot on.
I arrived at my house 2 seconds before the delivery driver.
The delivery men came in delivered my washer, carried my old one out, hooked up my new one and made sure the new one worked. All of this took no time at all.
Thank you to Dons Appliance and the 2 delivery men.
