I went to Dr Tauberg for a dental implant. He explained to me that he did not accept my dental insurance, but that the insurance could pay directly to me what was covered. He then put into the paperwork for the insurance to pay him and took the insurance money after I paid him in full for the procedure. When I questioned Dr. Tauberg and his staff I was told I wouldnt receive the money until I had the tooth restored, and that they would use the insurance money if anything were to go wrong with what I had already paid him in full for. This made no sense to me considering, one, he told me he does not accept my insurance, and two, if I already had paid in full, why would I be responsible for any mistakes made on his part? When questioned in person, he got angry and defensive, spoke over me, and started yelling at me. He then lied and said it was MetLife, who paid him by mistake and they always make mistakes which is why he does not accept their insurance. Then contradicted himself and said well, you initialed the paperwork that said to pay me. Never once was this disclosed to me and I was very specific about me and me only receiving the funds back from the insurance company. So not only did I call his office multiple times checking on where the money was, but I was lied to multiple times and told they had no idea where the funds were. I finally contacted the insurance and was told the truth. They were sent paperwork to pay the doctor directly. This is complete fraud. Now the implant has failed and hes blaming the dentist who restored the tooth saying it was over loaded and that I was required to come back to him after getting the restoral. Never once had he informed me to come back and see him. Now he refuses to fix the implant and wants to charge me again for work that was already paid for. Im assuming he does this a lot with his patients, claiming not to accept their insurance just to keep the money for himself in the end. Downright criminal. He needs stopped.

Dr. Tauberg and his team are the most wonderful and skilled medical professionals you will ever encounter. Intensely knowledgeable and informative, they made the most difficult procedure an absolute win for my overall health and wellbeing!
They took a complex situation and were determined to help me navigate my insurance, crazy schedule and fear!
All of this was done with respect and old school empathy while regaining a top notch Surgical team! This team has got healing hands!
What an absolutely brilliant team at Dr. David Dzuban DMDs office! Dr. David knew that he had sent me to the best surgeon because he is the best dentist!They worked hand in hand to give me the most excellent care!
When they arent busy in their practices, they are teaching, volunteering and making sure patients are getting the right treatment!
Life Saving People!
My only regret is that I had not found them before I wasted lot of money, time and effort!
Its totally worth it to go past the gimmicky flashy practices and find top notch professionals who still care about making people feel better!
They dont need to advertise!

What a smooth experience. Dr. Tauberg came highly recommended and he along with his team were awesome. I was really nervous, but he walked me through every step of the procedure prior AND during. He and his staff are attentive, caring, and the whole appointment was pretty quick - especially for getting squeezed in for an emergency. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks for all your work Dr T and team!!

Where do I start. The front staff are liars just like Dr. Tauberg. They claim to not accept my dental insurance, but they would allow me to use it, and just have whatever was covered paid to me. They instead put into the paperwork to pay themselves, cashed my check from my insurance they claimed to not accept, and allowed me to make multiple calls for MONTHS before they told me. I even called my insurance to see the issue and they assured me it was the dental office, and the paperwork they sent said to pay them. I'm now being told I won't get my money from the office until I get my tooth restored over 3 months from now, from a different dental provider. They said they do this "just in case" anything goes wrong with his work. I'll be able to come back and use the insurance money they claimed to not accept. Makes sense right ?? Greedy, lying, crooks who were now paid twice and won't release my funds to me. Never use an office like this. Imagine what else they do to make an extra buck. They will be reported to Fraud waste and abuse.
