My husband surprised me with a custom designed wedding set for our 15th wedding anniversary and its beyond gorgeous!!! He kept telling me about how helpful the lady at the store that helped him so much though out the process (almost a year) but it wasnt until recently that I got to experience her willingness to go above and beyond for us.
The ring needed some work done on it after we got back from our trip and Jessica Dunn at the Monroe location did everything she possibly could to get my set back to me in a timely mainly. She communicated with me every step of the way and made calls on my behalf to make my ring perfect and just how I wanted it!!! She legit offered to go get it from the repair shop (over 2 hours away) just so I could have it on my hand to show my out of town friends that were in town this weekend. Shes top notch and we highly recommend her services!!

Tammy and Denise were such a huge help for us today! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
