Conscientious and does what he says he will in a timely fashion. Always takes time to make sure you and he have the same vision. Did some lattice and screen repair on screened porch and I am very pleased with the work they did.

A number of years ago I had Lanny build a wraparound porch on my house. My wife and I felt it was the best part of the house. We spent many years sitting on the front porch enjoying the evenings. A couple years ago I purchased a piece of property that had an old barn and small house on the property we rebuild the barn and turn it into a great event center for my family. We have enjoyed many activities including Thanksgiving at the barn. What I wanted to rebuild the house I've turned a Lanny again and have built a one-of-a-kind house and using some of the old lumber from the original buildings. It's been a joy to work with Lanny.
