Dr. Kunreddy listens to you, answers questions, and works with you. With her as your doctor, you can be a member of the care team and have input in your own care. That's important to me. I have referred my friends to her. She truly cares.

Staff probsbly needs a little more training. Scheduled an appointment as a new patient, showed up to find out my appointment wasn’t actually until a year out, which I certainly wasn’t told on the phone. Who schedules a doctor appt for a year out?

When you hear stories of our broken health care system, unending and unexplained bills, and outrageous charges, look no further. Genesis is a great example of what is wrong with our health care system when it comes to billing and no up-front prices (seems its just made up). I went to Genesis once back in August for an Xray. That's it. They referred me to ORA (who was great).
Oct, I finally get a bill for an Xray, with no insurance applied. Whatever, I pay it. November, I get another bill for the reading of the Xray, no insurance applied. I call them and dispute it. They applied insurance and resent the adjusted bill. I pay it. Thinking this was over, I move on.
Nope, come December right before Christmas, I get another - a third bill with no explanation. I call them and they are telling me this is for walking into the Office. Unbelievable.
