Wouldn't recommend working for a foreman here at the rsg in molalla. Disrectful and lies is all you are working for. Yeah good benefits, cool co-workers but the foreman is ignorant and always lying to his boss/bosses. I walked because of lack of respect for the workers and myself and always being lied to about why you cant get a raise. They told me I couldn't get a raise cause I was in training, well 6 to 8 months later in the same position. I worked there for 1yr and a 1/2 maybe more only to walk cause of all the lies, and disregard for all the time I was there. Glad to be working for a company that shows respect cause rsg dont have none.
