Met with Jesse and had an awesome experience. He went out of his way to try and find a vehicle that met what I was looking for. He explained all the features and differences between the different trims that ultimately led me to the truck that I purchased, thank you, very happy.

The customer service was very poor and misleading. Went through a hour long wait with what i thought was everyone being on the same page, for a car being sold to them. Just for the price to not match what was supposed to be agreed on after talking to the sales person. Wouldn't have mind a long wait if it didn't include the poor communication and misleading. I would not recommend this place for selling or trading in cars. The ONLY good thing was that the floor was clean. Because it was cleaned well which is rare. Now if only their customers service skills where just as clean.
