Cal Comfort Windows staff went above and beyond to make sure our shattered slider glass was under warranty. They worked with the manufacturer representative to order the pane, schedule delivery, and line up an installer for the job. Saved us six hundred dollars.

Bob with Cal Comfort gave me excellent service. He was extremely professional and honest. He was very well-educated on what information I needed to pick out the correct door. Also, his thoroughness was appreciated. I highly recommend this company!

On the whole, the process was long and painful. I realized our order was delayed due to PlyGem systems being shutdown, but the overall communication and workmanship was on the low end at best. I now have a failed window that I called on in August. It is now November, and we finally are getting to the stage that a customer service rep will call me - another 4 to 6 weeks to schedule an "initial" call!! ???? Soooo.... with the rainy season coming and waiting over what is now will be 5+ months to start the process?? Cal Comfort initially offered to have a person look at it, but it never happened and now it is not their problem, it is the manufacturer's issue. I have been sure to let my contractors, neighbors and friends know about this and to avoid Cal Comfort. Services: Vinyl window installation & replacement, Double pane window installation & replacement
