I lived here with my mom and our cars always get broken in and stolen. My car got broken in and stuff inside stolen, catalytic converter cut and stolen. My mom's car got all 4 wheels stolen in one night and her gas sucked out. No one has done anything to help us.

I lived there 11yrs , Kelly Soto was the WORST, rude, argumentative! We had a gas leak in our apt, we complained for 2mo, she came into our home said she didn't smell anything, so I finally called the Gas Co, IMMEDIATELY THEY EVACUATED ALL SURROUNDING TENANTS, we had an EXTREMELY BAD GAS LEAK, as soon as they opened a hole in the wall they clearly heard the hissing of gas leaking, prior walkways paid our rent 2wks early, never had an issue , but after the gas leak incident 2wks later we received a 60 day notice after 11yrs of being there! And we kept the place immaculate even have pictures but they tryed to keep our deposit!

This is a nice, clean and quiet community. Pet friendly and the staff here is amazing. Rent here is also cheaper than most places in Modesto. Apartments are nice as well.
