Went in person 7/30/21 to cash and deposit I have my receipt as proof of my deposit.. so I left the bank did what I had to do Friday all day, come Saturday I checked my account online my money was not in my account. No deposit from Friday was showing.. I called immediately B of the west since theyre Closed on Saturdays, talked to the customer service and he told me that I never made a deposit that there was NO DEPOSIT MADE AT THE BANK AND FOR ME TO GO BACK IN PERSON & HE ASKED ME ON THE PHONE IF MY RECEIPT WAS PRINTED OR HAND WRITTEN? I EXCUSE ME BUT WHO DOES HAND WRITTEN RECEIPTS & THAT MY RECEIPT WAS PRINTED AND HE HAD ME READ EVERYTHING TO HIM AND STILL COULD NOT VERIFY MY DEPOSIT FRIDAY.. I AM VERY UPSET THAT BOFW HAS DONE THIS TO ME AND I AM BLAMING THE TELLER AND THE BANK BRANCH THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE DO NOT TRUST BOFW BEWARE..

This bank is one of the best if not the only bank that feels so small and community driven Vera a huge bank that doesn’t recall your name and only call you by a number? Thank God I made a switch!
