I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. I had been bounced around businesses looking for an item prescribed by my doctor. The staff patiently listened to my concerns without judgement, and they immediately offered a variety of options to get me what I needed. I couldn't wait to receive an order, even if I'd receive it the next day. Ultimately, I didn't purchase from them, but they pointed me right to a source that had what I needed. Should I ever be in the market for medical equipment again, this will be my first stop.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my insoles. They were supposed to be done a week ago. I called and they told me not to call back. That they would call me. Still no news.

Awesome customer service and very understanding I could not ask for a better medical supply offic for my CPAP machine Nancy is awesome as well.thank you Baker medical love you guys!!!!

I would leave a minus one if I could. 8/17/22 I went to pick up my diabetic shoes. My doctor and insurance company said that the shoes were free. S. Baker Medical charged me $69.00. I could get a better shoe (wide) from a retail store.
